Maria Elvira Salazar [a US Latin Reporter for Mega TV] in her nightly program interviewed a Cuban Dissident Physician. The program was going to be about the meeting of the Non Aligned Movement in Cuba.
The Cuban Dissident Physician [who lives in Camaguey] told Maria Elvira Salazar [during the interview] that an Epidemic Of Hemorrhagic Dengue has broken out in Cuba.
The Provinces heavily affected [and being quarantined] were Ciego De Avila and Camaguey. According to the Dissident Physician, La Habana was also taking measures against the mosquitoes causing the Hemorrhagic Dengue. More than 300,000 people were affected.
The FAA [Federal Aviation Board] in America suspended ALL direct flights from Miami to La Habana and back.
I have been talking with a distant relative of a friend [he was the one who received political asylum in America in 2006 and has made numerous trips to Cuba since then]. This distant relative told me that he is unable to leave Cuba because he is in the quarantined section of Cuba. The US Customs have already stated [I talked with a friend of a friend of a Customs Official] that they will start screening "rigorously" those who return from La Habana to Miami.
